BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
8 slices bread, cubed
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
4 eggs
2 1/4 c. milk
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk

Cube bread and place in greased 13x9 pan. Top with sliced cheese. Place cooked and drained sausage on cheese. Beat eggs, add milk and mustard. Pour over all. Refrigerate overnight. Add soup and milk together. Pour over casserole. Bake 300 degrees 1 1/2 hours until set.
