BLACK BOTTOM CUPCAKES 
FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
1/3 c. sugar
1 lg. egg

CUPCAKES:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt

Line tins with cupcake papers. Prepare filling and set aside. Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Add oil, vinegar, vanilla and water. Beat until thoroughly combined. Fill tins 3/4 full. Drop a small dollop of filling in each cupcake. Bake 20 minutes and let cool on wire rack. 350 degree oven.
