BLACK BOTTOM CUPCAKES | |
FILLING: 8 oz. cream cheese 1 egg 1/2 c. sugar 1/8 tsp. salt 6 oz. chocolate chips Combine all ingredients above and blend well. Set aside. CUPCAKE BATTER: 1 1/2 c. flour 1 c. sugar 1/4 c. cocoa 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. water 1/3 c. oil 1 tsp. vinegar Combine above batter ingredients and beat together. Fill cupcake holder 2/3 full with cupcake batter. Put 1/2 teaspoon filling on top of cupcake batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 2 dozen. |
