CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
2/3 c. cocoa
3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
4 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine cocoa, sugar, salt and milk in large saucepan. Cook on low heat until mixture forms soft ball when dropped into cup of cold water. Add butter and vanilla. Beat with wooden spoon until smooth and stiff. Pour onto platter and cool. Cut into squares.
