CHILI CHEESE BAKE 
4 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
1 med. size can Ortega chili, diced
Or 2 (4 oz.) cans diced green chili

Beat eggs until foamy. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Beat well. Add Mozzarella cheese. Blend well. Bake in an 8x8 greased pan for 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Reduce heat to 350 degrees, bake 30 minutes. Let cool, cut into 1 inch squares.
