GREEN CHILI CHEESE BAKE 
3 cans whole green chiles (Ortega brand)
1/8 c. milk
Cheese (mozzarella, American, Monterey Jack or combine)
6 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste

Layer in souffle dish 3 layers of green chiles and cheese. Beat eggs and milk, salt and pepper and pour over chiles and cheese. Bake at 325 degrees to custard consistency, about 30 to 40 minutes.
