BAKED GREEN CHILIES 
1/2 c. Truly Lite fat free ricotta cheese
3 tbsp. grated Healthy Choice fat free Cheddar cheese
2/3 c. dry "Basic Bread Crumbs" or fat free cracker crumbs
2 egg whites, slightly beaten
6 whole green chilies, fresh or canned
Pam no stick cooking spray

1. Spray broiler pan with Pam, place in oven; turn oven to broil.

2. Mix cheese together in a small bowl; fill each chile carefully.

3. Dip filled chile into egg whites and roll in bread crumbs. Broil on preheated pan until golden, about 4-6 minutes. Serve with picante sauce if desired. Serves 6. (Note: This also makes a great side dish.)
