BAKED GREEN CHILI SQUASH 
1 lb. squash, sliced
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 sm. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 can green chilies (Mexican food section)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Steam squash until tender - drain - mash - drain again. Place in greased 2 quart baking dish and add onion, 1 cup cheese, chilies, salt and pepper. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
