BOLOGNA SANDWICH
Buy some ham or bologna (one pack) and some bread (one loaf) and buy a little jar of mustard. Then you make yourself a bologna sandwich. Put the bread down on the table, put the bologna on it. Spread the mustard on the bologna. Put another piece of bread on the bologna, then eat it with some milk. Then clean up.

I like the reverse bologna sandwich. Put the bologna on the plate, then the mustard on the bologna, then a slice of bread, then the rest of the bologna on the bread...yummy

Fried bologna is great! TOTALLY changes the taste! Makes a great breakfast sandwich with a fried egg and cheese, on toast with mayo! Or try this...go to your local deli and have them slice the bologna about 1/2 inch thick. Cook it on the grill, and make bologna burgers with your favorite toppings! I like mine with mayo, lettuce, onion, and tomato!

When I go to the deli I always ask for the German style balogna,it's called Braunschweiger. And I make it on rye or pumpernickle bread. With a half sour pickle. I have a nice glass of German beer (not too cold) along with it, and a handfull of quality potato chips. I put on a recording of Franz List's Lieberstraum to play softly in the background and it is just like a peacefull lunch in a delightfull cafe in Vienna. PROST!

OK the best bologna is German type, with one thick slice of fresh tomatoes from the garden, one thick slice vidalia onion, fresh icebrg lettuce, butter both sides of the pumpernickel bread with some good mayo & dijon between the lettuce & onion, then put it all in the panini machine - with nice cold beer!! or two!!!

LOL really!??? 3 pages of comments to critique a bologna sandwich! Too funny! Try it with mayo and a thin covering of horseradish. Now that will fix your sinuses.

My brother-in-law & my husband used to haul canned milk. They called this the milk hauler's sandwich. Pull up to the local store, get some thick sliced bologna & potato chips. Hold the bologna slice, crunch some chips into it and devour! Me, I like to spread ketchup on the bread, add the bologna slice and top with potato chips. Oh, yum, gotta get to the store, Bye!
