When we was growing up we only had a pickup truck and us kids would ride in the back. My dad would always stop at this little country store along route two in WV in front of the Cyanamid plant. He would get the bologna cut the the meat counter a loaf of storks bread since it was baked in Parkersburg. That is absolutely the best bologna sandwich that I ever had. Sitting in the back of truck with my brothers.

Best ever is white bread, Kraft mayo, Kraft bologna, Kraft cheese, and sliced vidalia onion! A southern dish indeed. Hey Darlin' guess what's for supper.

If you really want to go all out, make bologna pizza the way we did as kids: Cut a piece of bologna and a slice of Kraft singles into little squares, sprinkle on a slice of white bread, toast under the broiler until bubbly. Whew! Now that's good bologna...

Love me some fried baloney sammiches. Here's a fun addition if you want to get really fancy. Crush up some potato chips and put them on top of the baloney before you cover it up with the second slice of bread.

Gotta luv it! I like two slices of bologna with horseradish or horseradish sauce, mustard and sliced sharp cheddar cheese between the two to make a tasty sandwich.
