BAR-B-QUE SAUCE 
1/4 pt. oil
1 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 clove minced garlic or 3/4 tsp. granulated garlic
Worcestershire sauce and catsup to taste

Covers 5 halves of chicken. Double amounts for 10 halves. Cooking time, 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Baste chicken halves every 5 to 7 minutes and turn. Do not burn. Garlic and water may be omitted.
