PICKLED PICNIC EGGS 
1 to 1 1/2 doz. hard boiled eggs, shelled
2 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. pickling spices

Boil all ingredients but eggs together for 5 minutes. Cool and pour into a wide mouth glass jar. Put in as many eggs as mixture will cover. Refrigerate overnight. They will keep for weeks.
