BARBEQUING CHICKEN 
3 tbsp. catsup
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. red pepper
3 lb. fryer chicken

Mix all but chicken in saucepan until dissolved. Cut up chicken as for frying. Remove skin, if desired. Dip each piece in sauce.

Line pan with foil and leave foil so it will fold over top of chicken. Place chicken in foil, pour remaining sauce over chicken. Seal foil, bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Do not open foil while cooking.
