LANAI PASTA SALAD 
1 can pineapple chunks in juice (20 oz.)
3 c. spiral pasta, cooked and drained
2 c. sugar peas or snow peas
1 c. cucumbers, sliced
1 c. red sweet bell peppers, sliced
1/4 c. parsley, chopped
1/2 c. bottled LITE Italian dressing

Drain pineapple, reserve 1/4 cup juice. Combine pineapple and reserved juice with all remaining ingredients. Chill. Serves 6 to 8 people.
