ONE POT PASTA 
1 (12 oz.) linguini
2 c. fresh broccoli florets
1 c. fresh asparagus, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 c. sliced zucchini
1/2 c. fresh Chinese snow pea pods
1/2 c. frozen green peas, thawed
1/2 c. half and half
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. soft butter, cut into sm. pieces
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Boil linguini for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Gradually add broccoli and asparagus. Cook 2 minutes. Add zucchini, snow peas and peas. Cook 3 minutes longer. Meanwhile put half and half, Parmesan cheese, butter and salt and pepper in a large serving bowl. Drain pasta and vegetables well. Immediately pour into serving bowl. Toss to coat with cream mixture.
