BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
Salt and pepper to taste
2/3 to 1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. egg noodles, cooked

Brown hamburger and onion; add soup. Simmer for a few minutes. Add salt and pepper. Add sour cream. Mix in and serve over noodles.
