BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 lb. ground beef
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 can celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. pt. sour cream
1/2 can water
Salt
Pepper

Cook beef, onion and garlic until meat is well seared. Add celery and mushroom soup, sour cream, water, salt and pepper. Cook slowly for at least 1 hour until thickened. Serve over buttered noodles. Serves 6-8.
