WILD RICE AND CHICKEN SALAD 
1 box long grain and wild rice mix
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. lemon and pepper seasoning salt
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 carrot, chopped fine
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1/4 c. onion, chopped fine

Prepare rice mix as directed. Cool. Mix mayonnaise, olive oil and lemon pepper. Mix with rice and add pepper, carrots, onion and chicken. Mix well and chill.
