WILD RICE AND CHICKEN SALAD 
3 c. cooked and cooled wild rice (2/3 cup raw)
1 1/2 c. chopped chicken
1 1/2 c. halved green grapes
1 c. salted slivered almonds and/or cashews
1 c. water chestnuts, drained and coarsely chopped
1 1/2 tsp. Lawry season salt
1 c. real mayonnaise

Combine and toss the first 6 ingredients, refrigerate. Add 1 cup real mayonnaise 2 hours before serving.
