WILD RICE CHICKEN SALAD 
1/2 lb. wild rice (1 c. wild rice)
2 c. water
4 c. cooked, diced chicken breasts
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/2 c. French dressing or Kraft Catalina
5 oz. slivered almonds
1 c. celery
2 c. mandarin oranges, cut up and drained
2 c. pineapple tidbits, drained (if you use chunk, cut smaller)
Salt to taste

Cook wild rice in water. Cool. Mix well and serve on lettuce.
