HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
2 c. cooked, diced chicken
1 c. sliced Tokay grapes
1/4 c. cashews or almonds
1 c. diced celery
1 c. pineapple chunks
1 c. mandarin oranges, well drained

DRESSING:

1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/2 - 1 tsp. curry powder
Dash of lemon juice
Salt

Mix dressing ingredients together. Mix salad ingredients together. Pour dressing ingredients over salad fixings. Chill. Serve with red tipped lettuce, endive, or chopped Chinese cabbage. Serve in wooden bowl with crackers.
