HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
8 chicken breasts
1 bottle Russian dressing with honey
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 sm. jar apricot preserves (16 oz.)

Place chicken in baking dish. Mix the remaining ingredients. Pour mixture over chicken breasts. Bake in slow oven, 300 to 325 degrees, until tender, basting occasionally. Serve the sauce from the chicken over rice or biscuits.
