CHICKEN HAWAIIAN 
6 chicken breasts
1/4 c. corn oil
1 bottle (8 oz.) Russian salad dressing
1 env. dry onion soup mix
1 jar (10 oz.) apricot preserves
1 tsp. salt

Mix together all ingredients except chicken. Place chicken in a single layer in large shallow baking pan; pour 1/2 preserve mix on chicken. Bake 350 degrees for 1/2 hour, adding rest of preserve mix and continue baking for another 1/2 hour.
