YEAST ROLLS 
2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. sugar
6 tbsp. Crisco
1 1/2 c. boiling water

1 1/2 c. cold water
1 pkg. quick yeast (Rapid Rise)
1 pkg. all natural yeast

6 c. plain flour

Beat hard. Mix, let rise 45 minutes. Work it down. Cut out rolls. Butter pan, roll your dough in butter to cover it. Let rise. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
