BROCCOLI AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. broccoli
1/4 tbsp. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2-3/4 pkg. Ritz crackers

Boil broccoli until tender with sugar. Drain and put in casserole dish. Melt 1/2 stick butter and cheese. Pour over broccoli. Do not scrape cheese from pan. Put in another 1/2 stick butter and melt crumble Ritz crackers into cheese pan. Stir and put on top of broccoli. Brown in oven at 350 degree for 15 minutes.
