BROCCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. chopped broccoli
6 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 stick butter, cubed
1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed

Cook broccoli according to directions; drain well. Grease a casserole dish with butter. Place remaining butter and cheese in casserole. Add hot broccoli and mix until butter and cheese melt slightly.

Melt remaining 1/2 stick butter, crumble up crackers and add to butter. Mix well. Spread over top of mixture in casserole. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
