CHEESE DIP 
1/4 c. Lake Niagara Wine
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
9 tbsp. mayonnaise
5 oz. jar prepared horseradish
2-3 drops Tabasco sauce or liquid hot pepper sauce (optional)
Crackers or chips for dipping

Melt wine and cheese together over low heat. Remove from heat and add mayonnaise, horseradish, hot pepper sauce (optional).

This makes a very large amount. I usually make a half a batch. It can be canned in small jars. Also it keeps quite awhile in the refrigerator.
