POTATO AND MUSHROOM BAKE 
3 med. potatoes, pared and sliced
1 med. onion, peeled and sliced
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/3 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 c. cream
Fresh parsley

In a shallow baking dish buttered add layer of potatoes, onions and mushrooms. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour in cream. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for another 30 minutes until potatoes are tender and the sauce has thickened and is creamy. Sprinkle with parsley.
