JAMBALAYA 
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
2 tbsp. oil
8 oz. kielbasa, cut in 1/2" thick rounds
4 oz. ham, cut in cubes
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 1/2 c. V-8 juice
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper, or to taste
1 1/3 c. uncooked rice (5 minute type)

In large skillet over medium high heat stir flour and oil until smooth and golden brown. Add sausage, ham, onion, green pepper and garlic. Cook, stirring often, about 23 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes until rice is tender. Makes 4 servings.
