$JAMBALAYA$ 
2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
2 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 pork sausage links
1 c. uncooked rice
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
1 med. onion
1 lg. garlic
1 can stewed tomatoes

Boil chicken in water. Salt and pepper. Cook sausage until brown; add to chicken along with other ingredients. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 30-40 minutes until thick pieces of chicken are done and rice is soft.
