CANDIED CARROTS | |
Peel and slice carrots into sticks. Place in casserole. Dot liberally with butter. Sprinkle liberally with brown sugar. Bake covered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. This is good for those of us who hate carrots! I like my carrot sticks rather thin because this makes them taste less "carroty". |
