BAKED TOMATO MACARONI 
1 lb. ricotta cheese
8 oz. mozzarella cheese, diced
1 lb. lg. cut macaroni, cooked & drained
1/3 c. grated Romano cheese
1 qt. tomato meat sauce, divided

Mix macaroni, cheese and 2 cups sauce in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Spoon about 1/3 cup sauce to barely cover bottom. Add macaroni mixture. Spoon 1 cup sauce over top, reserving some sauce for serving. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Cut in squares, makes 12 servings. You can use 2 quarts of spaghetti sauce.
