“CRAB MELT-AWAYS” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  CRANBERRY NUT BREAD

CRAB MELT-AWAYS 
12 English muffins

Half each muffin and then cut each half into four pieces (96 pieces).

Cream together:

1 cup (2 sticks) butter
12 oz. grated cheddar cheese
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp. garlic salt

Add:

1 (1 lb.) can crab meat (flaked)

Spread each piece of muffin with mixture. Freeze at least 30 minutes then broil until they puff up and are brown and bubbly.

Note: May be kept frozen and used as needed.
