“CRANBERRY NUT BREAD” IS IN:

CRANBERRY NUT BREAD 
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup shortening
3/4 cup orange juice
1 tbsp. orange rind
1 egg, beaten well
1/2 cups nuts, chopped
1 cup cranberries, chopped

Sift together baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add other dry ingredients, combine egg with orange juice. Pour all at once into dry ingredients. Mix just enough to dampen.

Bake 1 hour at 350°F.
