CRANBERRY BREAD 
Cream together:

2 tsp. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg

Sift together:

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Add dry ingredients alternately with:

3/4 c. orange juice

Stir in:

1 c. chopped cranberries
1/2 c. chopped nuts, optional

Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Refrigerate when cool.
