CRAB AVOCADO MELTS 
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, rinsed, drained & cartilage removed
4 tbsp. mayo or salad dressing
1 tbsp. chopped green onion
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 slices pumpernickel bread
2 slices avocado
2 slices Colby or American cheese

In a small bowl mix crab, mayo, onion and parsley. Spread half of mixture evenly on each slice of bread. Top with slice of avocado and cheese. Place one sandwich at a time on a micro-safe plate and microwave on medium (50%) powder for 1 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes or until heated and the cheese melts. Makes 2 sandwiches.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
