CRAB MELT AWAYS 
1 lb. crab meat
12 English muffins
2 sticks butter
2 jars Kraft Old English sharp Cheddar cheese
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. old bay seasoning

Melt butter (don't boil). Add cheese. Watch so it doesn't burn. Mix in crab meat. Spread 1 tablespoon on 1/2 English muffin. Freeze (lay on cookie sheet). Must be frozen 30 minutes before putting under broiler. (Don't thaw out). Remove when golden brown. Delicious!

Cut in quarters and serve.
