CRAB MELT-AWAYS 
1 stick butter
1 (5 oz.) jar Old English cheese
1 can crab meat (6-7 oz.)
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
Garlic to taste
1 (6 pack) English muffins

Split the muffins in half.

Drain and rinse crab meat.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Spread crab meat mixture over English muffin halves.

Cut each muffin into 4 pieces after they are spread. (Each whole muffin will then yield 8 pieces.)

Muffin pieces can be frozen at this stage for future use. To freeze it is best to start on cookie tray, then bag.

Broil 3-5 minutes on cookie tray until brown and bubbly. Less time is needed if not frozen. Yields 48 pieces.
