CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. chicken cut up
1 can water chestnuts
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. chopped almonds
1 can cream of chicken soup
Ritz crackers mixed with butter

Saute almonds in a little butter. Now combine all ingredients, except the cracker crumbs. Toss lightly to mix. Put in a casserole, put crumbs over the top and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Serves 7 or 8. Serve with green salad.
