LIME BROILED FISH WITH DILL 
2 boneless fish fillets with skin left intact, about 2 lbs.
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Juice of 1/2 lime
6 tsp. fresh dill, chopped or 2 - 3 tsp. dried dill
Freshly ground pepper to taste
Lime wedges for garnish

Preheat broiler to high, then reset to 400 degrees. Lightly oil a shallow baking pan large enough to hold fillets in one layer. Place fish skin side down in pan. Blend mayonnaise, lime juice and half the fill. Brush tops of fillets with the mixture. Place fish under broiler and cook until flaky (about 10 minutes). Serve sprinkled with remaining dill and lime wedges.
