BROCCOLI CORN BAKE 
1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn
1 beaten egg
12 saltine crackers, crushed
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
dash pepper
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients. Turn into 1 quart casserole.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Combine and sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
