CHICKEN SALAD CAPE COD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. drained pineapple chunks
3/4 c. diced celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds
1 1/2c. diced chicken
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 sm. can chilled whole cranberry sauce
1 fresh pineapple

Blend cream cheese and sour cream. Add pineapple chunks, celery, green peppers, almonds and chicken. Just before serving, add mayonnaise and cranberry sauce. Cut in half the fresh pineapple. Try to leave top intact. Laying end to end on large platter, heap with chicken mixture. Garnish pineapple tops with fresh flowers.
