CAPE COD CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. scallops, cut in 1/2 if large 1 (12 oz.) box noodles Mushrooms, optional 1/2 lb. grated sharp cheese 2 cans cream soup (pref. shrimp) 1 can milk (mixed with soup) Preheat oven 350 degrees. Cook noodles. Mix with soup, scallops and mushrooms. May separate to two casseroles. Top with grated cheese. Bake 45 minutes covered and 10 minutes uncovered at 350 degrees. Freezes well. |
