MICROWAVE POTATO SOUP 
4 slices bacon, cut into pieces
1 chopped stalk celery
1/4 c. water
2 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
3 c. frozen home style diced potatoes
1 med. onion, chopped
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. flour
Celery seed to taste

Microwave bacon in 2 quart casserole, covered on high 5-6 minutes. Bacon should not be crisp. Add potatoes, celery, onion, water and pepper. Cover and microwave on high 10 minutes or until tender. Stir once.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
