MICROWAVE POTATO SOUP | |
4 slices bacon, cut into pieces 1 chopped stalk celery 1/4 c. water 2 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. salt 3 c. frozen home style diced potatoes 1 med. onion, chopped 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. flour Celery seed to taste Microwave bacon in 2 quart casserole, covered on high 5-6 minutes. Bacon should not be crisp. Add potatoes, celery, onion, water and pepper. Cover and microwave on high 10 minutes or until tender. Stir once. |
