PORK SAUSAGE RING 
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs, rolled fine
1/4 c. minced onion
1 c. chopped apple
2 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 tsp. poultry seasoning

Beat eggs slightly and add milk. Mix thoroughly. Add remaining ingredients and mix as a meatloaf. Pat firmly into a greased 6-cup ring mold and chill overnight. Microwave in the ring mold for 8 minutes on high. Remove from mold and invert on plate or round bacon rack and microwave for 8-10 minutes on high. Remove from oven and cover with foil for a few minutes. Serves 10-12.

TIP: Garnish the sausage ring with scrambled eggs. It looks very pretty this way. Also, be sure to buy good bulk sausage. It makes a difference.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
