STRAWBERRY CHIFFON PIE 
1 can evaporated milk, chilled
1 c. sugar
2 whole eggs
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
1 pkg. frozen strawberries (or use 1 pt. fresh with 1/2 c. extra sugar)

Mix eggs and sugar well. Add strawberries and stir. Bring mixture to a boil. Add Jello. Stir until dissolved. Set aside to cool. Whip chilled milk until peaks form. Stir milk into hot mix. Mix well. Pour into 2 cracker crusts. Chill. Serve.
