CABBAGE AU GRATIN 
4 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. flour
1 c. grated cheese
2 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. buttered cracker crumbs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt

Melt butter; stir in flour, add milk gradually; cook and stir until thickened. Add salt, melt cheese in cream sauce. Cook cabbage and cream cheese in a greased baking dish, cover with buttered crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees until crumbs are brown. Serves 6 servings.
