BEER CHEESE SOUP 
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. flour
3 cans Campbells chicken broth OR
4 c. homemade chicken broth
1 1/2 c. half and half
16 oz. jar Cheez Whiz
6 oz. beer
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. chives

Combine butter and flour in crock pot. Gradually add chicken broth and remaining ingredients. Cook 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve topped with popcorn. Serves 6 for dinner.

NOTE: Very easy and very good.
