CHEESE STUFFED PUMPERNICKEL 
8 oz. beer
8 oz. Widespread
Sharp Cheddar cheese spread
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 clove garlic, minced fine
1 whole, round loaf pumpernickel bread

Mix first 4 ingredients, mix until creamy. Cut the top off of the bread and scoop out the middle. Put Cheddar cheese mixture in bread. Break up bread top and bread that has been scooped out. Use for dipping.
