CRAB ROLLS 
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. butter
20 slices white bread
2 c. sesame seeds
1 or 2 cans crabmeat
Dash of hot sauce

Melt cheese and 1/2 pound butter in top of double boiler. Cool and add crab, stirring until spreadable. Cut off crusts of bread and roll with rolling pin. Spread each piece of bread with mixture and roll up. Melt rest of butter and dip rolls in it and roll in sesame seeds. Place seam side down on pan and freeze.

When ready to serve, thaw 15 minutes, cut into thirds and broil, turning once until golden brown.
